SnowSweet is a medium-large sized apple with skin that is burnished, bronze-red over yellow-green. The flesh, as you would imagine, is bright white, and it is very slow to oxidize, making this an excellent apple for slicing into salads.  The developers describe the flavor as "almost buttery" and other tasters find notes of spice and coconut.

This tree is easy to grow; it is vigorous, spreading-drooping, and cold hardy to zone 4. It is moderately resistant to both fireblight and scab.
